FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: August 7, 2020
TULSA, OK. – August 7, 2020 – Schoenhofer Enterprises of Tulsa, OK, today announced that the El Dorado Kentucky Fried Chicken, located 2003 W. Central Avenue, El Dorado, KS, has been purchased by longtime Kansas franchisee, Denis Schoenhofer of Schoenhofer Enterprises. Schoenhofer owns and operates 34 KFC restaurants throughout Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas, including Wichita, Derby, Andover, Emporia, Liberal, and Coffeyville.
“Schoenhofer Enterprises is excited to expand our footprint in Kansas,” said Schoenhofer. “The drive thru is our focus now, as KFC Corporate recommends keeping dining rooms closed for the moment. This gives us the opportunity to truly focus on customer service and operations at this location, serving both longstanding customers and, hopefully, new customers that haven’t tried KFC El Dorado in a while. Critical to this focus is serving the KFC quality that the people of El Dorado deserve.”
The KFC restaurant is now open and remained open during the transition of ownership to Schoenhofer Enterprises.
Hours of operation for the KFC El Dorado are daily from 10:30am-9:00pm.
KFC specializes in Original Recipe, Extra Crispy and Extra Crispy Tenders, Hot Wings, KFC Famous Bowls, Pot Pies, Freshly Hand-prepared Chicken Sandwiches, Biscuits and Homestyle Sides.
